Fase (2002)

Fase (Thierry De Mey, 2002) is based on the first work made by the Belgian dancer and choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. The choreography as well as the film exists of four movements (or phases) danced to the music of the minimalist composer Steve Reich (1936). Each phase is shot in a different location. The performance launched Rosas on the international dance scene in 1982. The film is made twenty years later.
